Job Purpose:

• Create project proposals for customers, based on information gathered from tenders, customers and colleagues in sales. – For all relevant product groups in the portfolio of Wygwam.
• Create quotes for customers, based on the created project proposal, but also quotes based directly on requests from wholesalers or colleagues
• Responsible for handling customer inquiries regarding project-related support across all relevant channels, primarily by phone and email

Key position responsibilities:

• Maintain the relevant project mail-inboxes to ensure every customer gets a reply within 24hours, and that their request are handled within their deadline (if not possible -> take action to make sure another solution is found)
• Register all projects as opportunities in CRM, and save all relevant project material on Dropbox/Sharepoint in the agreed folder system
• Make sure that project proposal follows the guidelines set in the department, including all relevant information needed
• Ensure to always keep own calendar updated with all future planned project proposals, and other relevant tasks, to ensure good collaboration with colleagues
• Carry out all assignments with a strong focus on quality and accuracy, ensuring that all documentation is thorough, well-organized, and systematically maintained. Strive for error-free results, while recognizing the importance of continual improvement
• Ensure that customers have a positive and professional experience in all interactions with the company, including project management processes and the delivery of telephone support services
• Support and assist colleagues both internally and externally, demonstrating strong teamwork
• Be well-prepared and participate actively in all meetings, including those with departments, sales teams, customers, and individuals

• Computer skills: Comfortable using standard office software (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word) and digital tools related to daily work tasks

• Dutch/Flemish: Fluent (spoken and written): essential for daily communication and customer interaction.
• English: Basic to intermediate: sufficient to understand internal communication and participate in meetings
