Job description

As a Brand Marketeer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with business goals and market needs. Your role will involve ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all communication channels. You will collaborate with Product Management to craft messaging for new products and projects, ensuring that all content remains aligned with the brand.

Your focus will be on creating customer-focused marketing campaigns by translating product benefits into compelling stories that drive engagement. You will also work with external partners to create high-quality content and marketing assets that elevate the brand’s presence.

In addition, you will monitor the performance of campaigns, manage branding budgets, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the brand maintains a consistent position across all channels.

Starting with a focus on execution, this role offers the opportunity to grow into a strategic pillar of the Marketing Communications team.

You will be part of the marketing communication team and you will report to the Marketing Communication Manager.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals and market needs.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights that will inform messaging for new products and projects.
  • Create compelling, customer-focused marketing campaigns by translating product benefits into engaging stories.
  • Collaborate with external partners to produce high-quality content and assets that enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, ensuring effective budget management and delivering measurable results.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning across all channels, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.

Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • You have minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or communications, combined with several years of experience in branding or content marketing.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to conduct market research to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Creative, customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a structured approach.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring quality in content creation, campaign analysis and monitoring budgets.
  • Languages: Native Dutch and profound knowledge of English and French.
