Wygwam, a division of the Niko Group, is dedicated to delivering innovative and intelligent electrical solutions for modern buildings. We work closely with architects, consultants, and partners to integrate technology seamlessly into architectural concepts and functional environments.

To strengthen our commercial presence in Zealand, we are looking for an experienced and relationship-driven Architect & Consultant Specialist. In this role, you will be the primary contact for architects and lighting consultants, acting as their trusted sparring partner and go-to specialist for Wygwam’s intelligent electrical technical solutions.

You will advise, present, and translate technical possibilities into visual and functional solutions that support architectural visions from the early design phase through to execution.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Act as the primary contact person and trusted advisor for architects and lighting consultants in Zealand.
  • Present and advise on Wygwam’s intelligent electrical technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, and relevant industry stakeholders.
  • Support customers with sparring on designs, drawings, and project specifications.
  • Translate technical solutions into clear visual and functional concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure that Wygwam’s products and solutions become a natural part of architects’ projects from idea to execution.
  • Identify project opportunities and support early-stage influence in the specification process.
  • Work closely with the sales organization and report to the sales management.
  • Contribute to commercial activities through proactive account management and customer follow-up.
  • Use digital communication channels and social media to strengthen visibility and engagement with the target audience.
  • Maintain relevant customer and project information in CRM systems.

Kvalifikationer

Technical skills

 

  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of products, solutions, and electrical technologies.
  • Experience from or strong knowledge of the architect, lighting, or building industry.
  • A relevant network within the architect and lighting consultant segment is considered a strong advantage.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and understandably to non-technical customers.
  • Commercial understanding and experience with customer relations.
  • Experience with digital communication and social media.
  • Good user-level knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Experience working with architects, consultants, or specification-driven sales is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of intelligent building solutions, lighting control, or electrical installations is considered a plus.
