Your Mission: Bridging Business and Technology 

As a Functional Analyst, you’ll: 

• Dive deep into the needs of stakeholders (Product Management, UX design, and development teams) to uncover and document business requirements. 
• Design solutions that streamline business processes and enhance efficiency, crafting use cases, workflows, and user stories that inspire development. 
• Ensure alignment by collaborating with software architects and developers to create systems that meet technical and business goals.
• Validate success by coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the final product delivers on its promise. 

As a Scrum Master, you’ll: 

• Empower teams through Agile principles, leading Scrum ceremonies and fostering a spirit of collaboration. 
• Clear the path by identifying and eliminating roadblocks that slow progress. 
• Coach for growth, guiding the team toward self-organization and continuous improvement. 
• Track and optimize team performance, leveraging metrics like velocity and burndown charts to refine processes.

• You probably have a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field, and 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Functional Analyst. You have an understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, a Certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is a plus.
