About us

Wygwam, a division of the Niko Group, is a dynamic organization specializing in innovative solutions. We are currently expanding our Project Sales offering and are looking for a structured Project Sales Technician to join our internal Project Sales team in Sønderborg.

In this role, you will be the technical backbone for our increased focus in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), while also supporting our activities in Denmark and Sweden. You will translate technical requirements into clear project proposals, ensuring our customers receive high-quality project support and accurate documentation. You will work closely with sales colleagues and technical teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Create detailed project proposals based on tenders, customer inputs, and sales briefings for the full Wygwam portfolio.
  • Prepare accurate quotations for project partners and handle direct requests from wholesalers.
  • Provide project-related support via phone to both external customers and internal sales colleagues.
  • Manage the project inbox to ensure every customer receives a reply within 24 hours and that deadlines are met.
  • Register all project opportunities in the CRM and maintain a structured filing system on SharePoint/Dropbox.
  • Ensure all project documentation is thorough, well-organized, and follows departmental guidelines.
  • Assist with FA preparations and ProAssist quotes as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a professional customer experience in every interaction.

Kvalifikationer

What you'll bring

  • Technical educational background (Technical school or equivalent).
  • You must be a qualified electrician, preferably with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Language skills: You are fluent in German (spoken and written) - this is essential for daily customer interaction in the DACH region. Good knowledge of Danish and/or English (Basic to Intermediate) to communicate with internal colleagues and participate in meetings.
  • Structured mindset: You can manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing the overview.
  • Customer focus: You are proactive in understanding needs and providing technically sound solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into clear information.
  • Comfortable using standard office software (Outlook, Excel, Word) and digital tools.

 

Plus points

  • Knowledge of Swedish or Polish is considered an asset.
  • Experience with lighting control or building automation systems.
  • Experience in a technical support, project calculation, or internal sales role.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PDF-XChange or similar design/review tools
