About us

Wygwam, a division of the Niko Group, is a dynamic and fast-moving organization specializing in innovative solutions. We are looking to strengthen our Sales team with a curious, proactive, and analytical Sales BI Specialist to join us in Sønderborg.

This is a brand-new role, giving you the unique opportunity to shape your own working day and help build something from the ground up. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment where challenges are constantly evolving and your insights have a real impact, then this is the role for you.

You will work closely with our Business Controller in Finance, who ensures the accuracy and integrity of data – together, you will form a strong analytical partnership that bridges data quality and commercial intelligence.

You will be reporting to the Sales operations manager. Your main stakeholders are our business directors and sales teams across Europe, whom you will support with performance reporting, sales forecasts, and actionable business insights.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Design and build intuitive Power BI dashboards that give clear insights into sales performance across markets, products, and customers.
  • Drive sales forecasting and track performance at both product and market levels.
  • Support the setup of S&OP data structures to improve demand visibility.
  • Conduct pricing and margin analyses, including kickback calculations, to support the sales organization.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance Business Controller to ensure data quality and alignment between financial and sales reporting.
  • Translate complex data into actionable business insights and present them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support business case development and perform ad-hoc analyses for new initiatives and projects.
  • Continuously refine tools, processes, and data structures to enhance efficiency, transparency, and decision-making.
  • Report directly to the Sales Operations Manager and contribute to shaping the function from the ground up.

Kvalifikationer

What you'll bring

  • Educational background: A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related commercial/technical field
  • Experience: You have experience in a Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, related to Sales Operations role. Enthusiasm and curiosity are just as important as experience.
  • Language skills: Native Danish and advanced English (written and spoken) to communicate effectively across an international organization.
  • Analytical mindset:You have a strong ability to interpret complex data sets and turn them into clear, logical conclusions.
  • Technical proficiency: You are an expert in Excel and comfortable using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik) and CRM systems.
  • Structured approach:You are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing deadlines for reporting cycles.
  • Communication: You can present data stories clearly to non-technical colleagues.
  • Experience working within a sales or commercial environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Experience with SQL or basic database management.
