We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to define and manage our Lighting Management portfolio in the commercial market. In this role, you are the end-to-end responsible, expert and integrator of your product(s) throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring our offerings align with customer needs and business objectives in a European context.
You will collaborate cross-functionally to define and prioritize the product roadmap, shape the value proposition, and drive the development of innovative products, features, and services that lead the market in energy efficiency, automation, and smart building technologies.
- You define, document and communicate the roadmap and product strategy for lighting management. You own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product.
- You define winning product requirements, based on market needs, product/technical insights and market trends
- You build the business case & define business models for your product portfolio
- Own pricing input and margin analysis for assigned portfolio elements
- Translate regulatory and standards requirements into value propositions and specifications
- Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, and digital teams to ensure market-fit solutions
- You hold a higher degree combined combined with 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Marketing
- Proven experience in Lighting Management / Sensing industry
- Strong technical acumen with deep customer insight and market awareness. The commercial building market and protocols like KNX, Modbus, Bacnet or DALI are not new to you.
- System-level thinker with a knack for storytelling and strategic pricing
- You have a customer experience mindset in all you do and you put customer success first.
- Solid financial and business analysis skills
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities across functions and region
Job is located in Sonderborg Denmark, responsibility is to build and drive a European product and solution portfolio. Business travel (mostly within Europe) of around 20% of the time is part of the job. You are fluent in English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
