Wygwam, a division of Niko, is seeking a Solution Manager for Building Automation to lead our strategy and execution in the non-residential market. This is a pivotal role that will drive the development of our building automation value proposition, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
Position overview:
As the Solution Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to go-to-market, collaborating cross-functionally to define and prioritize the product roadmap. You will be responsible for shaping innovative products, features, and services that lead the market in energy efficiency, automation, and smart building technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the non-residential Building Automation value proposition.
- Define and lead the strategic roadmap for this segment.
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle and solution value proposition.
- Lead the development of new business models, integrating hardware, software, and services into compelling, scalable offerings.
- Conduct competitive analysis and develop positioning strategies tailored for specific markets and segments.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales Engineers, Digital, and R&D teams.
- Translate technical concepts into compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences.
- Measure and optimize solution performance based on customer and financial KPIs.
- Engage with customers, partners, and colleagues to align on solution evolution.
