- Through various channels, both by phone and in writing, you ensure excellent service delivery and customer experience.
- You are a good listener, you ask the right questions, and you think proactively with the customer. You can articulate solutions and advice efficiently and purposefully. For complex problems, you can rely on our team of experts.
- You ensure a smooth onboarding of new customers and an optimal user experience.
- You ensure accurate registration and handling according to existing processes and, where necessary, pass on relevant information to other departments.
