Job description

Are you technically skilled and passionate about service and new technology? Does your day get better when you can advise customers on using our solutions and guide them to answers for their questions and problems? Then this position might be perfect for you! Together with a dedicated team of colleagues, you will provide technical advice and support to our professional installers (B2B) and partners.

 

  • You will work with the latest interactive service application with AI and an assistant function, allowing you to maximize your focus on our customers.
  • Through various channels, both by phone and in writing, you ensure excellent service delivery and customer experience.
  • You are a good listener, you ask the right questions, and you think proactively with the customer. You can articulate solutions and advice efficiently and purposefully. For complex problems, you can rely on our team of experts.
  • You ensure a smooth onboarding of new customers and an optimal user experience.
  • You ensure accurate registration and handling according to existing processes and, where necessary, pass on relevant information to other departments.
  • You enjoy taking initiative and thinking about future improvements.

Profile

  • You have a passion for our solutions or you are a true do-it-yourself enthusiast. Preferably, you are technically skilled, eager to learn, and have an affinity for areas such as home automation, home networking, and energy management.
  • You take your time to support our customers with clear language in selecting, installing, and optimizing the right solution.
  • You have excellent communication skills and always think in terms of solutions. You guide customers to information.
  • You are a dynamic and flexible team player with a strong sense of initiative.
  • You work accurately, follow work instructions, and enjoy achieving results.
  • You are a native Dutch speaker and have sufficient basic knowledge of French and English.
  • You can work proficiently with MS Office and IT applications.
  • You are open to discovering, embracing, and integrating new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence into your daily work
