We are looking for an experienced and committed HR Partner who will help set the direction for HR work in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland. You will be a key person in ensuring that our HR strategies are put into practice – in close interaction with both managers and colleagues across borders.

Your role – strategic sparring partner and HR generalist
As an HR Partner, you will have a central position with a broad contact surface and great independence. You will be a trusted advisor to leaders in six countries and play an active role in developing and supporting the organization. You will be part of an international HR organization.
Your main tasks include:
- To act as a sparring partner for managers in issues of organizational development, performance management and development in general.
- To drive change initiatives in collaboration with the international HR organization, and ensure that the HR strategy is implemented within your area of responsibility
- To have full responsibility for core processes such as recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, well-being efforts and the HR annual cycle (e.g. salary adjustment and talent reviews)
- Being a local superuser and system administrator for our HRIS, TalentSoft
- To handle the personnel legal responsibility for the region, in close cooperation with Legal and external advisors
- To handle operational HR tasks such as contracts, employee conditions and salary proposals – and in the long term also salary input for the DACH and Poland region towards our external payroll provider.
