Job description
- Providing technical support for designers, electricians and end-users
- Preparation of quotations and proposals for technical solutions
- Providing training for professionals
- Managing contacts and projects in CRM
- Presentations of NIKO products and solutions to end users and professionals
- Consultation of technical solutions with engineers at the parent company in Belgium
- Complaint handling
- Other work and activities towards the successful development of the company in accordance with the instructions of the supervisor
Profile
- Education: Secondary Electro-technical School
- Experience: with Electrical installations (it can also be a graduate with no previous work experience)
- Specific technical skills: Microsoft Excel – advanced, AutoCAD
- Personality and other skills:
- A team player
- Ability and willingness to learn new things
- Autonomy, responsibility, communication skills
- Experiences in electrical installations are welcome
- Driving license – class B
