Job description

  • Providing technical support for designers, electricians and end-users
  • Preparation of quotations and proposals for technical solutions
  • Providing training for professionals
  • Managing contacts and projects in CRM
  • Presentations of NIKO products and solutions to end users and professionals
  • Consultation of technical solutions with engineers at the parent company in Belgium
  • Complaint handling
  • Other work and activities towards the successful development of the company in accordance with the instructions of the supervisor
 

Profile

  • Education: Secondary Electro-technical School
  • Experience: with Electrical installations (it can also be a graduate with no previous work experience)
  • Specific technical skills: Microsoft Excel – advanced, AutoCAD
  • Personality and other skills:
    • A team player
    • Ability and willingness to learn new things
    • Autonomy, responsibility, communication skills
    • Experiences in electrical installations are welcome
    • Driving license – class B
