Then the role of Technical Customer Support Agent at Wygwam, a division of Niko, is perfect for you!

You will support customers and installers in selecting, installing, and using our smart solutions – such as Niko Home Control and sensor-based lighting control – which enhance comfort, safety, and energy management in residential and commercial buildings.
With your technical expertise and customer-oriented approach, you will help clients find the right solution and provide support for all customer service activities, excluding field service.

Our products and internal processes increasingly leverage AI technology, allowing you as a support expert to contribute to the future of smart, connected, and self-learning systems.


What will you do?

Provide technical support to end-users, installers, and partners via phone, email, and digital channels
Analyze customer inquiries, propose solutions, and provide clear technical explanations
Advise customers on the selection, configuration, and installation of our broad product range, with special attention to lighting control, motion, and occupancy detection
Resolve complex cases in collaboration with the expert team
Share feedback and market insights with internal teams to improve products and processes
Actively contribute to documentation, knowledge base, tools, and training materials
Suggest improvements to our support processes, where AI solutions play an increasingly important role
Further develop and share your technical expertise with colleagues
Build trust-based relationships with installers, partners, and regular customers

Profile

What do you bring?

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (electrical engineering, electronics, IT, or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical support role or similar position
Solid knowledge of electrical installations, network technology, and lighting control
Comfortable with IT tools, CRM systems, and MS Office
Excellent command of Danish and English
