Function:

• You support in building the Wygwams UX strategy and translating our solutions in a consistent way. 
• You will lead our team of 3 UX designers in Antwerp. With your experience you can help us grow and are responsible for solutions that are in line with the Wygwam experience.
• Consistency over multiple product groups is key. You will take the lead in weekly reviews, concept workshops where the work of team members is aligned.
• You will go in search of user needs by means of interviews and observations. The insights gathered out of this research will be mapped on a customer journey.
• You will make multiple concepts, wireframes, supportive aids, and design screens aligned with the Wygwam UI style.
• You will build prototypes, which you then use to verify your solution among our users. You will process the test results and implement your findings in the next design iteration.
• As UX expert, you are a key player in building, questioning and improving processes and tools. Within Wygwam you evangelize our customer centric approach.  

• You are a leader who creates liaisons with other stakeholders.
• You have experience in translating a UX strategy into the daily UX job. 
• You are a good communicator. Using your enthusiasm, you inspire others to continue investing in user experience. This in Dutch, English and preferably French.
• You are eager to learn new skills and enjoy collaborating closely with colleagues.
• You scout for potential issues, flag them, and reach out with potential solutions.
• You take both the responsibility and initiative to create and improve solutions and processes.
• Experience with Figma in the design of wireframes and screens is a must. 
• Ideally, you have a master’s degree in either ‘Product Development’ or ‘Interaction Designs’.
