We are seeking 4 skilled Technical Account Managers to support our dedicated Niko Home Control installers, focusing on both commercial and technical aspects. This role involves building an ecosystem of installers and their target audience, while also expanding the network of architects and developers to better support our installers.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of account plans and growth actions for key building companies and architects.
- Market Insights: Understand key business drivers in the installation and integrator environment and translate these into opportunities for Wygwam.
- Sales Strategy Contribution: Contribute to the development of sales strategies by providing insights into current business and long-term customer plans.
- Sales Target Monitoring: Define sales targets, monitor market pricing trends, track competitor activity, and ensure appropriate response strategies are in place.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and expand existing customer relationships, acting as the primary contact for technical inquiries.
- Technical Support: Assist in resolving technical issues, delivering brief workshops, and explaining complex technical concepts to customers.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to present technical solutions and demonstrate the value of products or services to customers.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive customer experience through prompt and efficient technical support.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of technical aspects of products and services, including new developments and trends.
