Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional looking to make a significant impact? We are on the hunt for a dynamic Personal Assistant / Management Assistant to become the right hand of our CEO and assistant to our senior management team. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the indispensable right hand to our CEO team by expertly managing schedules, meetings, and administrative tasks.
  • Act as the key liaison for the CEO and management team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items to keep everything on track.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations while maintaining confidential records.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, conferences, and meetings that leave a lasting impression.
  • Support various projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
  • Keep our office running smoothly by overseeing supplies and equipment.
  • Conduct research and compile information for reports, presentations, and special projects.

Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch. Any other European language is a plus.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • You are proactive, detail-oriented, flexible, and reliable.
