Are you ready to be part of an innovative team that leads in technology and customer focus? We are looking for a tech-savvy L2 Support Engineer with expertise in Building Automation and Energy Management.
Role
As an L2 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and support to professional clients and users. You will investigate more complex technical questions and problems with a focus on excellent service. You will also support the L1 support teams with inquiries and acquiring the right knowledge, including internationally.
- You handle new or more complex technical issues and questions, both by phone and in writing.
- You analyze and conduct in-depth research using remote tools and advise the client with appropriate solutions. Additionally, you investigate new or recurring issues, analyze and document your findings, and escalate to R&D.
- You develop expertise in one or more technologies or products in Building Automation: you are the point of contact for colleagues, share updates, initiate root cause analyses, and collaborate on structural solutions and product improvements with Product Management and R&D.
- You write solutions and answers to technical questions and problems as input for the Knowledge Base and self-service. You train your colleagues and share information from your area of expertise.
- You provide professional technical expert services, supporting and advising installers on the implementation and configuration of desired functionalities.
- You proactively think about new product developments, support tools, knowledge management, and optimizing processes and services.
